On the entry-level, both the living area & spacious kitchen with dishwasher adjoin the huge sun deck with a gas barbecue & outdoor meals area. One bedroom, plus bathroom & laundry are also located on this level.

Upstairs, a sitting area with 2nd television & large deck features more spectacular sea views. A further three queen bedrooms are serviced by a 3-way bathroom with shower, bathtub, and separate WC.

The house has spectacular views over Coila Lake and to the ocean beyond. Coogee Street is a quiet residential neighbourhood. Coila Lake is a short walk along adjoining Foam Street.

Beautiful beaches & lakes for swimming, fishing & surfing along with village shopping facilities are just a 5 minute drive from the property.

Please note, the driveway down to the level parking bay is steep.

Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms -  Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and  conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all. 

Security Deposit - A refundable guest security deposit of $500.00 applies at The Deck Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings. 

Guests numbers -  must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 8 persons including adults & children. Additional fees apply after 4 guests. 

A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation. 

Large group bookings, parties or events are not accepted at The Deck. The property is non smoking internally.
